Yes, the minimum is 2 hours per visit.
Is there a minimum number of visits per week?
No. We offer flexible scheduling – once a week, bi-weekly, or multiple times a week based on your needs.
Will it be the same caregiver each time?
Yes, if your schedule is consistent. For multiple weekly visits, we assign 2–3 consistent caregivers.
Do you have nurses on staff?
Yes, we have 5 Registered Nurses on our team.
What is the first step?
A nurse will contact you to book a free in-home assessment (1.5–2 hours). We encourage a family member or friend to be present.
Do you have many caregivers?
Yes, we are the largest private home care agency on the Sunshine Coast with dozens of RCAs, HCAs, and companions.
What are your service hours?
We provide care 24/7, 365 days a year.
Can you help overnight?
Yes, we offer overnight care.
What services do you provide?
Personal care, meal prep, respite, physio exercises, dressing assist, post-op care, companionship, transportation, and outings.
Note: We don’t offer general cleaning services, but staff clean up after care and meals.
What are your caregivers' credentials?
All staff are fully vetted, with clean criminal checks, driver’s abstracts, First Aid/CPR, and experience. Most have vehicles and are insured via WorkSafeBC. We are licensed and bonded.
Is financial assistance available?
Yes. We are registered with Veterans Affairs, Blue Cross, and the SCIL program (Gov’t of BC):

Each home has a Logbook where caregivers document every visit. Families can read updates and leave notes.
Can caregivers drive me to appointments or shopping?
Yes, our caregivers are insured to drive clients.
